Shipping FAQ

When will I receive my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days. Once shipped, delivery generally takes 6–14 business days.

Can I track my order?

Yes. As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use our Track Order page to view real-time shipping updates.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

If you've entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours at support@aurvani.com and include the subject line:

URGENT: Wrong Shipping Address

We'll do our best to update your information before your order is processed. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to make changes to the delivery address.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

To request a cancellation, please contact support@aurvani.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

What if my package is delayed?

While most orders arrive within the estimated delivery window, occasional carrier delays may occur. If your order has not arrived within 20 days of shipment, please contact our support team and we'll be happy to assist.

What if my order is lost or stolen?

Aurvani is not responsible for packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Once delivery has been completed and verified by the carrier, we are unable to replace or refund items reported as lost or stolen. If you believe your package was delivered incorrectly, we recommend contacting the carrier directly for further assistance.

Where do you ship?

We currently offer complimentary shipping to all U.S. states.
