Shipping FAQ

At Aurvani, we want your order experience to feel simple, reliable, and effortless from start to finish.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Aurvani offers free shipping on all orders to all U.S. states.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship exclusively within the United States and offer complimentary shipping to all U.S. states.

When will I receive my order?

Orders are typically processed and handled within 1–5 business days, Monday through Friday. Once your order has shipped, transit and delivery generally take 6–14 business days.

The total estimated delivery time is 7–19 business days from the date your order is placed.

Orders placed after the daily cutoff time will begin processing on the next business day.

Can I track my order?

Yes. As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use our Track Order page to view real-time shipping updates.

Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking details after your order has shipped.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and before the item has shipped.

Email us at support@aurvani.com with the subject line:

URGENT: Wrong Shipping Address

We’ll do our best to update your information before your order is processed. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to make changes to the delivery address.

If an order is shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout, Aurvani is not responsible for the item. Please review your shipping information carefully before placing your order.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, as long as the order has not already been processed or shipped.

To request a cancellation, please contact support@aurvani.com as soon as possible.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled or refunded. If your order has already been processed or shipped, please wait until delivery and initiate a return after receiving your item.

What if my package is delayed?

While most orders arrive within the estimated delivery window, occasional carrier delays may occur.

If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of shipment, please contact our support team at support@aurvani.com and we’ll be happy to assist.

What if my order is lost or stolen?

Aurvani is not responsible for packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Once delivery has been completed and verified by the carrier, we are unable to replace or refund items reported as lost or stolen.

If you believe your package was delivered incorrectly, we recommend contacting the carrier directly for further assistance.

Where do orders ship from?

Orders may ship from partner fulfillment locations depending on inventory availability.

Aurvani manages customer service, order support, returns, and refunds to ensure your experience remains smooth and supported.

Do you accept bulk orders?

Yes. Bulk orders are available for items in stock. Please contact our customer support team at support@aurvani.com for pricing and details.

Fraud Prevention

Aurvani reserves the right to cancel or place orders on hold if they are suspected of fraud, unauthorized activity, or require additional verification.

Additional ID verification may be required for high-value or flagged transactions.
