At Aurvani, we believe wellness should feel effortless—from the moment your order arrives to the support you receive afterward.

Shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Returning an Item

To initiate a return, please contact our team within 30 days of delivery at:

support@aurvani.com

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Please contact support before sending your item back. Once your return request is reviewed, we will provide the correct return address and return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Customer Remorse Returns

For returns due to customer remorse or change of mind, the customer is responsible for the actual return shipping cost.

This includes returns where:

  • The wrong item was ordered

  • The item does not fit

  • The item is no longer wanted

Return shipping costs for customer-remorse returns are not reimbursed. Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable.

Please keep your return shipping receipt and tracking information until your return has been received and processed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away at support@aurvani.com and we’ll make it right.

For approved issues due to an Aurvani error, damaged item, defective item, or incorrect item received, Aurvani may provide a replacement at no cost or issue a refund, depending on the situation.

If a return is required for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Aurvani will reimburse reasonable standard return shipping costs after the returned item has been received and inspected. Proof of return shipping cost is required.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your return has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Depending on your bank or payment provider, processing times may vary.

For eligible damaged, defective, or incorrect orders, approved standard return shipping reimbursement may also be included.

For customer-remorse returns, return shipping costs are not reimbursed, and original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, simply return your original purchase and place a new order once your return has been approved.

Non-Returnable Items

Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.
